Each application is reviewed by real people who specialize in knowing Advisors Excel and the available positions. The recruiters can match your skills and interests to positions that might align with your skill set. They are continually re-routing candidates to other positions or departments they feel might be a best fit. So, if you aren't sure where you might benefit our company most when you apply, that's OK!
If there seems to be a mutual match, our recruiters will schedule a call to learn more about your skills and experience. Be prepared to answer questions, and in return ask them some of your own. This is a great opportunity for you to learn more about the role and our chance to hear more about you! Prep for success
If we decide you have potential to succeed on our team, let's talk! There are two types of interviews in our hiring process: an initial phone interview with recruiters and then subsequent in-person interviews. Between each round, we gather feedback from your interviewers and determine next steps. Phone Interview
During your phone interview, you'll speak directly with one of our recruiters. These conversations are fairly casual, but do a great amount of good to gather information about what you've done in your work history, and what you're looking for in employment.
You will be asked about your work history, what interests you about the role you applied for and other general questions such as work schedule, compensation and benefit expectations. This call will last between 30 to 45 minutes. Onsite Interviews
You could have 2-3 onsite interviews, depending on the role. Each interview will be with different members of leadership within the department.
Remember, you're interviewing us as much as we're interviewing you! Do not be afraid to ask generic or specific questions regarding the position, department, leadership style or even company culture. Making sure Advisors Excel is the best fit for you is very important to us.
